How much will it cost?

For all children attending BKC the rates from 01 September 2025, for sessions agreed/booked in advance, are;

• AM (From 8:00am until School) – £5.45 per session, per child
• PM1 (From School until 5:00pm) – £10.90 per session, per child
• PM2 (From 5:00pm until 6:00pm) – £5.45 per session, per child

Discounts of 50p per session will be given for additional siblings where they attend at the same time.

There is no Registration Fee.

Holiday Club prices for 2025/2026 are;

• Holiday Club Hourly Rate – £5.50 per child – no change since 2023/2024
• Holiday Club Daily Rate – £38.50 per child – no change since 2023/2024

A 20% discount will be given for each additional sibling when they all attend a full day (Daily Rate) booking at the same time. No discount is available for Hourly Rate bookings.

Payment to the Club can be made by CASH, CHILDCARE VOUCHERS or BANK TRANSFER.  Cheques are no longer accepted due to heavily increased Bank Charges.

If you intend to pay using CHILDCARE VOUCHERS you will need to inform your voucher provider of our Ofsted Registration details;

• Our Ofsted Registration Number is EY413650.
• The Registered provider is BRAMPTON KIDS CLUB LIMITED.
• If paying through the Government Gateway Tax-Free Childcare accounts, please search for Brampton Kids Club in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, NOT Cumbria! We do not have a provider reference number.
• If paying through Edenred/Accor, our reference number is P20084492.
• If paying through SODEXO, our reference number is 167043.

Rates are reviewed regularly, with changes intended to take effect from the start of the new academic year, each September.  It is hoped that current prices, stated above, will not change until 01 September 2025 but future increases in rent and utilities may mean this happening sooner.
